Augustana football releases 2023 schedule

Augustana's football team went 7-4 in 2022.

SIOUX FALLS — The Augustana football team has announced its 2023 football schedule.

The Vikings, who went 7-4 in 2022, will open the season at home on Sept. 2 when they host the Mary Marauders, before playing Chadron State in their first regular season game against a non-NSIC team since 2009, when they played Emporia State in the first game in Kirkeby-Over Stadium's history.

Homecoming is set for Sept. 23 against MSU-Moorhead, while this year's Key to the City rivalry game will be at USF's Bob Young Field on Sept. 30.

All home games at Augustana kick off at 1 p.m.
