SIOUX FALLS — The Sioux Falls Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect believed to be involved in two separate stabbings Tuesday night.

Police spokesman Sam Clemens said at approximately 10 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25, two men suffered non-life-threatening injuries after they were stabbed in the area of Ninth Street and Cliff Avenue.

The stabbings are being treated as separate incidents, despite the similar location, as the attacks happened about 15 minutes apart.

On Thursday, the department released surveillance footage of a male suspect walking through the area, indicating that he is believed to be the suspect responsible for both stabbings.

Clemens said anyone who might recognize the man in the footage or who has information on the crimes should call Crime Stoppers at 605-367-7007.
